I used Budget Movers between Ohio and Florida. Price was competitive, loading and everything up to loading went well. They were delayed by a day but I was notified. To get my delivery scheduled I made dozens of calls. Nobody answers the phone or returns a call. I finally got a text from a dispatcher after a week. Delivery staff were great BUT a lot of stuff was broken. I made many calls to inquire about the insurance - of course none were answered or returned. They require cash payment BEFORE unloading - looks like after they get the cash they are DONE!

Brandy, Sam, and Lorraine were a delight to have in our home. They handled all our possessions with the utmost care, and treated them like they were their own. They were very friendly and considerate and showed a real understanding of how we wanted our items handled. It's like they were able to see the situation through our eyes, and they eased our minds with answers to questions sometimes knowing what we were going to ask before we even realized it! I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon but I definitely will be recommending Budget Movers of America LLC. The movers arrived at the earlier part of my move window. They came prepared and ready to start moving. I could tell that they’ve worked together before because the way they moved my boxes and wrapped my valuables was in such unison, it looked like a dance. I attempted to tell them hints for my furniture, like removing the legs of my couch, but they already knew! Professionals. They de-mounted my TV from the wall in minutes. They pointed out scratches on my headboard from my previous movers who weren’t as careful with my belongings and ripped it. I responded with assurance that I know the damage wasn’t from them because they were so careful with every item I had. They moved quickly and carefully. They were masked/gloved up with this pandemic- making sure to keep everyone safe. They even arrived at my new place before I did in my Lyft. As they moved everything into my new place, they asked how I wanted to decorate- placing even the little boxes in the proper rooms. The whole thing was done in 2 hours and I couldn’t have been happier. I didn’t realize what I was missing in movers until this crew. I researched the best price in movers and lucked out by having not only the most affordable but the best! I will recommend to anyone who is looking to move. Thank you, guys!

First time using movers, and I am so happy! The movers were professional, on time, and were amazing. We were moving from a 5th floor walk up to a 4th floor walk up. They moved everything and set up our bed and couch for us in the new place. It was pouring outside, and they wrapped all the furniture before moving it to protect it. Nothing was damaged, and everything accounted for. Will definitely be booking this company for future moves. They were also extremely affordable when compared to other local moving companies. Great value, and great service! Do not hesitate to call these guys!
